Representative Green moved and asked unanimous consent that the                
following committee substitute be adopted in lieu of the original bill:        
                                                                               
CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 369(JUD)                                                
"An Act relating to property exemptions under the Alaska                      
Exemptions Act, including removal of the provisions for adjusting              
the dollar amounts by referring to the consumer price index; and               
providing for an effective date."
